Please make sure you have enabled location.

2. Tap Location.
3. Enable Location.

Are there any specific device requirements?

There are no device requirements but if your environment uses HTTPS you may need to install the Root CA on your device

What is the server address?

The server address is the url required to connect to your objective environment. In some case this will the the server name that appears in the Objective login screen.
